Making a no win, no fee claim

At the begining of the decade, the Government removed peoples access to legal aid. Legal aid was available for most accident claims. This was replaced with the no-win no-fee arrangements, which would use the services of a solicitor instead. This passed the costs of losing a claim to the losing side.
When a solicitor is passed a compensation claim, they will take on the claim in the likelyhood of winning compensation for the client. If the case is lost or fails for any reason, they will not receive any income.

The upside is, if the claim wins, they will be awarded a fee, in addition to their standard hourly charges for their work. Both of these fees would be recoverable from the claimant if the case was a success.

We would advise anyone who has been involved in an accident to contact us straight in the first instance to assess the likelyhood of compensation using such an arrangement.

The legal process will be explained and you will be advised on your rights. This includes any medical treatment you may need, loss of money from work as well as compensation for actual injuries.

If it can be proven that you were injured due to the actions of another person, then you are likely to succeed. The same applies if someone has not performed their duty or failed to take reasonable care, which led to an accident.

Some cases are more difficult but in general guidelines are very clear and straightforward.

By using claims.com, you can be sure that your case will be handled by our specialists who will offer you all the advice you will need for the claim. For fee advice or help, please complete our contact form or call the number provided.
