When you fill in our online contact form or call us, we'll need you to tell us about your claim which will then help us assess whether you can make a claim for compensation
If our claims advisor thinks you can make a claim for compensation, we will then put you in touch with one of our solicitors in your area. They will work on a 'no win no fee' basis. If you do not get any compensation, you will not pay a penny.
The appointed solicitor will be on hand to explain what's going on, and you won't have to fill in loads of paperwork as your solicitor will do most of this for you.
