Are there any time restrictions on when I can claim?
It is always better to start your claim sooner rather than later, as it will allow you to recollect what occured during the accident better, making it easier to gather the information required for your claim.
You can however wait up to 3 years after an accident occured before claiming, this is quite common when an individual has been badly injured.
