Accidents at School
The two common places for accidents to occur in school are in the playground and in the classroom. The types of accidents can vary and can include fractured bones, dislocated joints and scarring to name but a few.
Schools have a well defined obligation to care for children under their care and need to provide a safe and danger free enviroment for their pupils. If a pupil suffers an injury due to the school neglecting this duty then you may be entitled to claim compensation.
